ERA Produces Video On Award-Winning Sustainable Housing
As part of its ongoing commitment to the construction industry, the EPDM Roofing Association (ERA) has produced a video on the use of dark EPDM in award-winning sustainable housing design. The new video showcases the retrofitting of Weinberg Commons, a 1960’s low-income housing project in Washington, D.C. that had fallen into disrepair. The retrofitting effort will lower energy costs throughout the project by as much as ninety-percent, and ensure that one of the buildings meets the rigorous standards of passive house design.
