ERA Issues Updated Information on Virginia VOC Regulations
The EPDM Roofing Association, (ERA), as part of its advocacy work on the issue of VOC regulations, is alerting the industry to the implementation dates of new VOC regulations in the Richmond Emissions Control Area of Virginia. This area includes Charles, Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, and Prince George counties as well as the cities of Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Petersburg and Richmond. The new regulations become effective on October 1st, 2013, and the implementation date is March 1, 2014. This action extends the regulations which were adopted for the Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg region in 2010.
